REGISTRATION & REFERRAL FAQs:
WHEN & WHERE IS PACKET PICK-UP? Please note, all packets, including virtual, must be picked up during a packet pick-up date and location.
May 26th (5pm to 7pm) – JackRabbit (146th Street in the Cool Creek Commons)
May 27th (1pm to 3pm) – Grand Park Event Center
May 31st (6am-7:15am) – Grand Park Event Center
HOW CAN I RECEIVE ANOTHER COPY OF MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL? You can resend yourself a copy of your confirmation email from your RunSignUp profile.
HOW CAN I FIND MY REFERRAL LINK? There are 2 different ways you can view your referral link. You can find your unique link in your confirmation email or from your RunSignUp profile.
HOW CAN I SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE REGISTERED THROUGH MY REFERRAL LINK? Thank you for referring your friends! You can track your referred registrations through your RunSignUp Profile. Log into RunSignUp and go to Runner Links>>My Referrals.
I'M COMPLETING MY EVENT VIRTUALLY, HOW DO I SUBMIT MY TIME? – you can start submitting your time on Monday, May 31 and have until midnight on June 6, 2021 to complete your distance. Visit the race registration sight. Click on Results in the menu bar. Click on Submit Virtual Results. The system will walk you through the process.
I AM SHOWING UP ANONYMOUS IN THE VIRTUAL RESULTS, HOW DO I FIX IT: Log into your RunSignUp Account, Click on the Pencil and paper in the upper right hand corner, Unclick the "show" as Anonymous in public participant lists and results, Click Save.
IS THERE A SPECIFIC APP WE NEED TO USE TO TRACK OUR TIME? You can track your run with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like or utilize the RACEJOY App.
