FUNdraising Milestones & Incentives
Now in its sixth annual season, the HEARTest Yard + Showmars 5K has experienced major growth and success thanks in large part to our Teams that are devoted to raising awareness and funds for children with congenital heart diseases / disorders. Perhaps these individuals or teams are inspired by a daughter / son, sibling, cousin or friend – whatever it is that motivates you, the HEARTest Yard + Showmars 5K recognizes that together we can achieve more.
To the heart babies, families and friends in the crowd. We acknowledge and honor your efforts to impact the lives of children receiving care at Levine Children’s Hospital, and to reward your fundraising efforts, prizes are BIGGER and BETTER this year.
1) First Place Individual or Team Fundraiser: We have something fun in the works -- STAY TUNED!
2) Second Place Individual or Team Fundraiser: Private dinner for (15) fifteen at Showmars, including an appearance by Greg Olsen (15 participating individuals determined by winning individual / team).
3) Third Place Individual or Team Fundraiser: Team or individual photo – autographed and framed – and a HALVE A HEART t-shirt for (10) ten (10 recipients determined by winning individual / team).
FUNdraising - How It Works:
Set-up your individual fundraising page during registration or by visiting the Become a Fundraiser page. Then, let's put the FUN in fundraising! We challenge you to commit to raising $100. Plus, you know you'll want our always soft, exclusive limited edition t-shirt! And that's just the beginning, capture more Halve A Heart swag and even a Meet & Greet with Greg Olsen.
All incentives are individual-based, and a participant must reach fundraising milestones to earn incentives. A person or participant that makes a donation does not qualify for an incentive (unless your donation is made to your personal fundraising page - see our fundraising tips and tricks here). All earned incentives will be shipped to the address provided by participants during registration. Reach the $100 milestone by Monday, April 5 to receive your t-shirt by race day.
