Train to the Big Island International Marathon - 20K

This is the second run of the 3 part training series. A 10K,a 20K, and the last run is a 30K. Each run will earn you a piece of the 4 part medal above. After completing all 3 runs you will get the backing plate to hold the 3 pieces together and a Training series finishers shirt. If you missed the 10K run you can do a makeup virtual run by entering the bundle or go back to the 10K page and entering the virtual 10K. Virtual participants will get there stuff mailed out to them after each run approximately 30 days after each run.

 The Live event will Start on Bay Front and head out the same direction as the Marathon in March. It will turn around 6.2 miles from the Start and return on the same course back and finish at the start line.

If you choose to do the Virtual race, you will run a 20K at home and not attend the live event.

The race is one of three training events for the Big Island International Marathon. Registering for all three will qualify you for a bundle discount if you enter all three events at once. After completing each event, you will receive one piece of a three piece medal that commemorates the three triple distance events.Doing all 3 events will earn you a discount to the Marathon.
