Description
Strength Training should be a regular practice paired with your running. When added into your training plan, it can help make you a stronger, faster, and a more efficient runner.
Join Hawaii Running Project for our Strength Training Clinic with HRP Vice-Chair and Physical Therapist, Dr. Tanner Crass, of Enphysio Health. The dates of the clinic are designed to help build strength leading into the Honolulu Marathon. Not training for the Honolulu Marathon? No problem because everyone can benefit from strength training.
Dates for the clinic are July 19th, August 23rd, and September 20th. All on Saturday mornings from 9:00am - 10:00am. Attend the clinics that you are able to. If you are able to participate in all 3 clinics, select the bundle package at a discount.
During the workout, we will do a dynamic warm up, mobility, body weight strength training, and stretching. Tanner will guide you, give you form adjustments, and be able to answer questions you might have.
