Description
Strength Training should be a regular practice paired with your running. When added into your training plan, it can help make you a stronger, faster, and more efficient runner.
Join Hawaii Running Project for our strength training clinic with a certified personal trainer and health coach. The dates of the clinic are designed to help build strength leading into the Hapalua Half Marathon. Not training for the Hapalua Half Marathon? No worries, everyone will benefit from getting strength training in.
Dates for the clinic are February 24th, March 9th, March 23rd, April 6th 2024. All on Saturday mornings from 9-9:45am. Come to the clinics that you are able to. If you are able to come to all 4, select the bundle package to get the 4th training clinic FREE.
During the workout, we will do a dynamic warm up, mobility, body weight strength training, and stretching. Our personal trainer will guide you, give you form adjustments, and be able to answer questions you might have.
