Description
Strength Training should be a regular practice paired with your running. When added into your training plan it can help make you a stronger, faster, and more efficient runner.
Join Hawaii Running Project for our strength training clinic with a personal trainer as you prepare for the Honolulu Marathon. Not training for the marathon, no worries, all runners will benefit from the workout.
During the workout we will do a dynamic warm up, mobility, body weight strength training, and stretching. Our personal trainer will guide you, give you form adjustments, and be able to answer questions you might have.
We can't wait to get stronger with you.
