Packet Race Shirt Pick-up Options:

There are two days for Packet Pick-Up, which includes your T-shirt and swag bag. Both packet pick-ups are at

Hospice of the Chesapeake, 2505 Davis Road, Waldorf, MD 20603:

Thursday, October 3 | 9 p.m. to 3 p.m.  and Friday, October 4 | 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

***We highly recommend packet pickup be completed on one of the designated days. However, we realize it may be impossible to pick up your packet at the official times. We will have limited packet pick-up the morning of the race. Be sure to arrive as early as possible. **

Day of Event Schedule: 

9: 00a.m.:                           Registration Opens

9:30 a.m.:                           Opening Ceremony

9:45 a.m.:                           Group 1 Warm-ups & run

10:00 a.m.:                         Group 2 Warm-ups & run|walk

10:15 a.m.:                         Group 3 Warmups & walk along with 1k course

10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.:   Community event & post-race party (to start at the end of the first group race finish)

Food & Drink: Delicious bites & sips from local food trucks and vendors will be available for purchase from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
