Bermuda is excited to host the 2017 Hamilton CAMTRI Sprint Triathlon American Cup. The event is an ITU Continental Cup, and is a draft-legal race over the Sprint distance. ITU Continental Cup races attract some of the best triathletes in the world and are not just limited to elite triathletes from CAMTRI federations; elite and junior triathletes from National Federations outside CAMTRI are eligible and also welcome to enter.
Age group racing, sponsored by Digicel, take place in the morning followed by the elite races later in the morning, registration for this event will be available in the next few weeks on www.racedayworld.com.

Spring in Bermuda brings pleasant sunshine, daytime highs in the mid-seventies dropping to high sixties at night.

On race day before the Continental Cup, Age Group triathletes will have their own opportunity to race on the same fast course as the elites. The swim will be an out-and-back course alongside Hamilton Harbour, the bike comprises an exciting city street circuit and the run takes competitors up and down Front St with great views of the harbour and beyond.
Please Note, the 7-10yr and 11-12yr age group races are now DUATHLONS.
The junior race categories and distances are:
The 13-15yr age group race is STILL a Triathlon
Entries are $30 for each competitor. The juniors will also use an abridged version of the same course as the elites.
The Age Group race will be a Sprint Distance Triathlon (750m swim/20km bike/5km run). The age groups will be:
Entry fees are $60 for individual competitors, $120 for team entries. The team races will be split into Male/Female, Mixed and Corporate events.
