Runners have multiple options for picking up their race packets.

• Runners MUST select one of the listed options when registering (packet mailing, early packet pickup, or race morning packet pickup).

  1. Early Packet Pickup - dates/times listed below.

  2. Packet Mailing - Deadline April 8 - do not select this option after 4/8 (+$10)

  3. Race Day Packet Pickup - Limited to 100 slots (+$5)

     • This option is on a first-come first-serve basis for a handful of early bird runners who would like to pick up their race packet before the start on Saturday, April 26

     • Participants who select this must pick up their packet at the Lower Edgewater Beach House from 6:30 am - 7:30 am. Pickup will close promptly at 7:30 am.

Packet Pickup FAQ's

• • Family and friends can pick up for each other, but they should consider bringing a copy of their confirmation email, just to be safe.

  • Runners do NOT need to note which of the pickups they will be attending.

  • Please email roadracing@hermescleveland.com if you will be picking up for a larger group (over 5 packets) with the names registered and the location you will be picking up at. Hermes will pre-pack them for a speedier checkout!

  • The last day to add packet mailing ($10) is April 7  – this option is offered during the online registration process.

Race Morning

Saturday, April 26, 2025

7:00 am

• Recommended time to be parked at Edgewater Beach.

• Bag Check Begins at Upper Edgewater (closes at 7:50 am)

7:30 am

• 10 Miler Relay Member (Leg 2) to check-in at the exchange zone (path behind Lower Edgewater Beach House) 

8:00 am

• Start for Cleveland 10 Miler & 10 Miler Relay Member (Leg 1) 

10:30 am 

• Course closes and runners will be directed onto the sidewalk for the remainder of the event. 

Noteworthy

• Participants receive a race bib number with a timing tag on the back that must be worn on race day!

  • Please do not alter the bib in any way and to be sure the bib is accurately tracked, runners should wear their bib on the front outermost layer of clothing. 

  • Race bibs must be worn by the registrant to whom they have been assigned.

• The race begins at Upper Edgewater and finishes at Lower Edgewater.

• The Start Line will officially close at 8:10 am - those who arrive late may not receive an official finisher time.
