For a peek at the 5K course, please click here. Please stay to the right on the roadways at all times. The roadways will be open and there will be course marshals at all entry points to both direct you along the way and remind any present vehicular traffic to stay slow and clear of participants. There will also be Logan County Sheriff Deputies leading and trailing the race to help keep everyone safe.

There is a water station on the 5K course just past the mile 2 mark, and additional water at the finish line. If you know you are a "thirsty" runner and require more hydration, we strongly recommend bringing a personal handheld or other type of water system to keep you safe.

This event does allow participation with strollers. Please be respectful of all competitors if you are pushing a stroller during the event. Due to the nature of the event and insurance restrictions, please note that this event does not allow for participation with pets. We love our dogs, but please leave your furry friends at home.
