Registration, Fees & Fundraising
- How much is registration?
Registration is $145.00 when you sign up. - Is there a youth discount?
Yes—riders who are 22 or younger registration is $95.00. - Is there a military discount?
Yes, Active-Duty Military/Veteran/Police/First Responder receive a 10% discount. - Are there incentives for fundraising?
Yes, anyone who raises $200 or more can elect to receive $45.00 refund reward.
Youth and military participants are also eligible to receive the $45.00 refund for raising over $200.00. - How do I receive the Fundraising Refund/Reward?
During the registration process you select whether you would like the refund/reward.
Once you have secured $200.00 or more in payments for fundraising, the website will automatically refund 45.00 to the credit card used to register.. - Do riders get an event jersey?
Yes, each rider who registers receives a custom jersey designed for the Tour. Be sure to register before June 15th to ensure you recieve a jersey. There will be limited quantities available for purchase at the event.
- What is the fundraising minimum?
There is no minimum, however we encourage every rider to raise at least $200 to maximize impact. - How do I set up my fundraising page?
You’ll receive instructions after registering, with easy tools to set up your page, set up Facebook Fundraising and track donations.
Ride Logistics
- When and where is the Event?
Saturday, August 8th
All routes begin at the Plymouth Regional High School, 86 Old Ward Road, Plymouth, NH 03264 - What if it rains?
If Saturday brings extreme weather, the Tour shifts to Sunday, August 9th. Safety first!
Riders will receive an email, and updates will also be posted on the website and social media. - What support is provided on the course?
All routes are fully supported, with SAG vehicles and well-stocked rest stops offering hydration, nutrition, and encouragement along the way.
Each route has a Ride Captain who leads the group and supports the riders. - Are there road signs or event branding?
Absolutely — signage along the route adds visibility, energy, and helps guide riders. We recommend downloading the Strava maps or ride with GPS files. - Is Breakfast & lunch provided?
Yes! Light breakfast & Full Lunch is part of the deal! Breakfast is @ 7:00 am on Saturday, August 8th
Century riders enjoy lunch at an on-course stop, while all other riders are served lunch back at the high school. - Can non‑riders participate?
Yes! Volunteers, donors, and cheer squads are all welcome. We encourage you to invite family and friends to join us for the community event at the high school. - How do I get my packet?
Packet pick-up is Friday, August 7th, 3-6:00 pm at Plymouth High School - Behind the school at the "Cat Shack", and Saturday, August 8th @ 6:30am. - What if my jersey doesn’t fit?
You may be able to swap for a different size at the high school depending on size availability. - Will there be H&L merchandise to buy?
Definitely, we’ll be set up at the high school accepting cash, Venmo & PayPal. Sweatshirts, socks, gloves, jerseys & t-shirts!
