Drop off: Runners may be dropped off at the historic Ever Ready Engine House in Monument Square, Hollis, NH. [Google Maps]
Runners must have their bib before being dropped off.
Transportation:
Complimentary buses will be provided to transport runners from the parking areas to the start line at Hollis-Brookline Middle School. Buses will run continuously starting at 5:15 p.m. The last bus will leave the parking areas at 6:00 p.m. There will be restroom facilities and water available at the start line. In the event of rain, runners will be allowed to wait for the start of the race in the school gymnasium
Note: There will be no bus service from the finish line back to the middle school post-race.
Baggage Drop:
There will be a baggage drop available for runners at the start line. Please make sure your bag is clearly labeled with your name and your bib number. All baggage will be transported down to Alpine Grove, where it can be collected post-race.
Water and Course Markings:
It is essential that all runners remain hydrated before, during, and after the race. To help facilitate this, water will be available at Alpine Grove, Hollis-Brookline Middle School, Morin's Landscaping, and at one hydration-stop exactly halfway on the course.
Course Markings: There will be mile markers located at miles 1, 2, and 3. Additionally, starting one mile away from the finish, there will be a quarter-mile countdown.
Depot Road will be entirely closed to traffic for the first mile of the race. At the junction of Merrill Lane and Depot Road, runnings will be guided by traffic cones to the right side of the race. Runners must stay to the right side of the traffic cones for the remainder of the race, as there will be traffic in the left lane.
