Awards & Results presented by Bachus & Schanker
Thanks to the generous support of Bachus & Schanker, the race will offer a total prize purse of $11,700 across a number of different categories, with an additional $1,000 available for course records. We offer the cash purse as part of the Fort Collins Running Club’s mission to support not only fitness and health through running, but also the competitive side of the sport.
Cash prizes will be offered to the top 8 men’s and women’s overall finishers, and the top 3 non-binary finishers. We will also be offering cash prizes to the top 3 men’s and women’s masters finishers (aged 40 and over) and to the top 3 men’s and women’s Fort Collins Running Club finishers. One additional prize will be given out to the first man and woman over the top of Monster Mountain, our Kings and Queens of the Mountain. Prize structures are as follows:
Overall
- 1st: $1,350
- 2nd: $1,000
- 3rd: $600
- 4th: $500
- 5th: $400
- 6th: $300
- 7th: $200
- 8th: $100
Course Record
An additional $500 will be awarded for a new course Record.
Non-binary
- 1st: $200
- 2nd: $100
- 3rd: $50
Masters*
- 1st: $250
- 2nd: $150
- 3rd: $100
Fort Collins Running Club*
- 1st: $200
- 2nd: $100
- 3rd: $50
King and Queen of the Mountain
- First: $200
*Must be a paid member of the FCRC as of Dec 31, 2026 to be eligible for FCRC purse.
* FCRC prizes will be mailed in the week following the event.
* In the event that an FCRC member finishes in the top 8 overall and/or masters standings, they will be removed from consideration for the FCRC prize pool
* In the event that a masters runner finishes in the overall awards, they will be awarded both master money and overall money
Age Division & Non-Binary Awards
Age divisions, men and women, will be offered to the top three in the categories below (based on chip time). In addition, non-binary awards will be offered to the top three overall.

Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony will be conducted from the stage at the finish line party beginning at 11:00am.
Race results will be available online immediately after you cross the line.
