Our timing partner, Laurel delivers accurate, professional race timing using advanced RFID technology and real-time results tracking. Their experienced team ensures every participant enjoys a seamless, start-to-finish experience.

Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event. In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bib is:

• Clearly visible on the front of the torso
• Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
• Pinned in all four corners
• Not covered (jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc.)

There will be timing clocks at the start and finish lines.

Results will be posted at the link below live during the event and official results will be posted within 24 hours of the race.

​*IMPORTANT* Runners may run with only their assigned bib and may not wear an additional bib for someone else. We have a ZERO Tolerance Policy for cheating and the individual owners of both bibs will be disqualified.

Live Tracking

If you share the following link with your friends and family, they will be able to track your race and even sign up for text alerts as you cross the timing checkpoints on the course. You do not need to be running with your phone for this to work. All you need is the timing tag which is attached to the back of your bib.

How it works:

1. Open the "+ Start Tracking Athletes" tab and search for a runner via bib number or last name, or select a group to track. 
2. Runners will display on the live map after the race starts. The runner display will adjust with their performance in real time and at timing checkpoints.
3. Spectators will be able to view the runner's race overview, timing splits, and register for text alerts via the icons along the bottom of the runner menu.

Age Group Awards details are subject to change and MUST be claimed at the Awards tent from 8:45 - 9:30 AM on Race Day. The addition of separate divisions and overall awards for Adaptive Athletes will be determined based on participation levels.

All Awards not claimed on Race Day can be shipped at participant's expense ($9.95) by emailing your request to support@hrcra.com no later than 11:59 PM Race Day.
