Natural Bridge State Resort parking lot on Hemlock Ridge Road past the resort lodge, joining the Sheltowee Trace Trail #100 and following until reaching the first aid station at the Gray’s Arch parking area.
Gray’s Arch parking area to Daniel Boone Hut Trail, continuing on Daniel Boone Hut Trail until reaching Rough Trail
Turn right on Rough Trail and continue until it becomes the Gray’s Arch trail.
Turn right onto Gray’s Arch trail and stop at Gray’s Arch Parking Area Aid Station
From Gray’s Arch Parking Aid Station take Gray’s Arch Trail past the arch becoming Rough Trail #221
Turn left onto Sheltowee Trace Trail #100, returning to Gray’s Arch Parking Aid Station
Return to Start/Finish at Natural Bridge State Resort Park via Sheltowee Trace Trail #100 and Hemlock Ridge Road.

Natural Bridge State Resort parking lot on Hemlock Ridge Road past the resort lodge, joining the Sheltowee Trace Trail #100 and following until reaching the first aid station at the Gray’s Arch parking area.
Exit the Gray’s arch parking area aid station and continue down Tunnel Ridge Road until reaching Auxier Ridge aid station.
From Auxier Ridge aid station, continue onto Auxier Ridge Trail #204.
From Auxier Ridge Trail #204 continue onto Auxier Ridge Branch Trail #203.
Continue until turning right onto Double Arch Trail #201.
Follow Double Arch Trail #201 until reaching the turnaround at Double Arch
After turning around at Double Arch, stay on Double Arch Trail #201 until reaching Auxier Ridge aid station.
From Auxier Ridge aid station, run Tunnel Ridge Road until reaching Daniel Boone Hut Trail.
Continuing on Daniel Boone Hut Trail until reaching Rough Trail
Turn right on Rough Trail and continue until it becomes the Gray’s Arch trail.
Turn right onto Gray’s Arch trail and stop at Gray’s Arch Parking Area Aid Station
From the Gray’s Arch Parking Aid Station take Gray’s Arch Trail past the arch becoming Rough Trail #221
Continue on Rough Trail #221 until turning left onto Sheltowee Trace Trail #100.
From the Sheltowee Trace Trail #100, turn left onto Buck Trail #226.
From Buck Trail #226, turn right onto Koomer Ridge Trail #220.
Continue on Koomer Ridge Trail #220 until reaching Koomer Ridge Aid Station.
Exit Koomer Ridge Aid Station back onto Koomer Ridge Trail #220 before taking the Hidden Arch Trail.
Follow the Hidden Arch Trail until it rejoins Koomer Ridge Trail #220.
From Koomer Ridge Trail #220 turn left onto Buck Trail #226.
From Buck Trail #226 turn left onto Sheltowee Trace Trail #100.
Take Sheltowee Trace #100 Trail back to Gray’s Arch Parking Aid Station.
Exit Gray’s Arch parking area aid station back to the start/ finish area via the Sheltowee Trace Trail #100 and Hemlock Ridge Road.
