Course Map
The route will start and end in front of Fitness Sports - Ames (410 5th Street, Ames IA 50010.) It will head over to main street, cross the Grand Ave bridge and head to Brookside park. From there it will head up 13th Street to Ridgewood Ave and then back down to 6th street, where you will meet Northwestern and head back over the bridge back to Downtown Ames! There is only one major hill on this course, it is very family - friendly!
