B-INSPIRED 5K — Run. Walk. B-INSPIRED.

A family/kid-friendly event featuring CHEESE at the finish line, Breakfast Burritos from Weather or Naut Catering, and a Coffee Truck ($)! ☕🧀

I’m so excited to bring back the 2nd Annual B-INSPIRED 5K to our community — a fun, feel-good event all about movement, mindset, and showing up for yourself.

This race is for anyone and everyone. Whether you're running, walking, chasing a PR, or just showing up to be part of something positive — this event is for you.

This year's event will kick off with a Kids Fun Run for children 10 and under at 8:30AM, followed by the 5K Race at 9:00AM!

NO SHIRTS GUARANTEED FOR THOSE WHO REGISTER AFTER 9/19/26!

NEW THIS YEAR: Kids Dash! 💛
For kids ages 4–10

Our Kids Dash around the beautiful treehouse village is the perfect way for young runners to be part of the B-Inspired 5K fun! Open to ages 4–10, children are invited to run and or walk! — wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility chairs are welcome and encouraged to participate! (Paved trail)

Please note: this registration fee covers participation in the Kids Dash only. Each child will receive a small prize at the finish line.

Event t-shirts are not included with Kids Dash registration. If you would like your child to receive an event t-shirt, please be sure to add one during registration.

Additional Notes:
• Children under 10 may walk the 5K for free with a registered adult.
• Children ages 4–10 participating in the Kids Dash must pay the Kids Dash registration fee.
• Kids Dash participants will not receive 5K participant prizes or race giveaways.
• Participants over age 10 must register for the 5K

If you know me, you know I pour my heart into two things: Letter Eats by B — the business I built from the ground up — and prioritizing my health, both mentally and physically.

I’ve been called inspiring or “goals,” but truthfully — I’m just committed. I show up.
For my business. For my health. For my people.

And this 5K? It’s my way of creating space for YOU to do the same.

If you’ve ever been to my shop, you might’ve seen my “b-inspired” wall — filled with encouraging words from customers, friends, and family. It’s something I lean on when I need a boost, and a reminder that the right people and words can keep you going.

There’s no pressure — just a community coming together to move forward.

Strength isn’t always about speed — it’s about showing up.
Never compare your journey to anyone else’s.

WHY WE RUN:

The B-Inspired Scholarship will be awarded to a Boone High School senior who demonstrates drive, creativity, and passion for their future — whether that’s entrepreneurship or a career in fitness, sports, or wellness.

This scholarship represents both sides of my journey:

Entrepreneurship — building Letter Eats by B from the ground up
Fitness & Self-Care — creating this race to inspire others to show up for themselves

PACKET PICKUP: Morning of the race starting at 7:30AM
