Prepare for the FLEXgivin’ 5K
New to running or ready to get back into it? Our 12-week 5K training program begins September 1 and is designed to help you build up gradually and feel confident on race day.

The program will include a structured training plan, group support, and special sessions covering training, running shoes, nutrition, and recovery. Participate for FREE when you register for the FLEXgivin’ 5K. Must join program by Sept 15 to participate.

Give Back
Participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to support IMPACT's food pantry. Together, we can make a difference while celebrating the season of gratitude.

Gather your family, invite your friends, and make the Boone FLEXgivin' 5K part of your Thanksgiving tradition. We can't wait to see you at the starting line!
