In response to Gov. Reynolds declaration the Clear Lake Earth Day race will be changing from a live event to a virtual race. We runners are a social bunch and many of us use races and running as an outlet. That is why we decided it would be best to manage our response to COVID-19 by transitioning to a virtual race.
Those that have already registered do not need to do anything additional, we will manage the transition and change to the virtual race for you.
Those that want to participate simply register as normal and you will automatically be registered for the virtual race. We are also offering a kids shirt add on option so the whole family can participate. The kids shirt can only be purchased with a regular registration, and the kids will not be included in any results. Packet pickup will take place at the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce at a later date when it is safe to gather again. We will send an email to all participants letting them know when they can begin picking up their packets. We are asking everyone that lives within a reasonable driving distance to pick up their packets it person. Those that cannot pick up their packets or live well outside the area will have their packets mailed to them.
The virtual race will be open April 22nd to April 26th
