At Top Shape Gym, we know that exercise is medicine. There's no time like the present to keep keep moving and stay connected to others via social media.
The Where Growth Happens 5K is about getting or staying active and maybe even getting out of your comfort zone a bit. We can't come together in large groups right now, but we can still come together as a virtual community and enjoy fun, fitness, donating and social sharing and support. Exercise is medicine. Get out and move! This is #wheregrowthhappens!
At packet pick up, please bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to a local food pantry.
