Capital City Pride Stride 5K

Get ready for the annual Pride Stride! Our almost, but not quite, 5K.. (yay for endless road construction!)

Get ready to walk, jog, run and more with Capital City Pride at our annual Pride Stride! Join us for a vibrant and inclusive day filled with love, unity, and community support.

Come kick off the second day of PrideFest with us! Pride Stride is more than just a race; it's a celebration of diversity and acceptance. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or somewhere in between, everyone is welcome to participate and show their support for the LGBTQ+ community.    
Due to construction, the route is only 2.7 miles this year, but if this was math class we would round up! #Math

Registration opens at 8 A.M. on Monday, March 25.

In-Person 5K:
Early Bird Registration (March 25th - May 20th): $30
Regular Registration (May 21 - June 4): $40

LIMITED same-day registrations available at the event on June 8, so be sure to secure your spot early!

Virtual 5K:

Packet Pickup: Thursday, June 6 4 P.M. - 6 P.M.
Make sure to collect your race bib and other goodies at our Packet Pickup event, hosted at Fleet Feet on Thursday, June 6.

Please note that registration will not be available at packet pickup, so be sure to register online beforehand.
