FORMAT--COURSE WILL GO OUT NORTH FROM SHELTER AND DO THE NORTHWEST TRAIL OUT AND BACK. THEN  SOUTH PAST THE DAY USE AREA.
DOWN THE STEPS,ON THE TRAIL UP A SMALL HILL TO THE RIDGELINE TRAIL.
MAKE THE LOOP THEN BACK UP TO THE SHELTER. 4 MILES
               
Waubonsie Park will showcase some unreal scenery and give you chance to test your heart rate. Great place to run.
One of my favorite trails in the midwest area.
