The Strides for Rides 5K and Monster March

The Strides for Rides 5K is a family friendly activity.  In addition to a chip timed 5K, there will be a short walk (the Monster March).  There will also be games, face painting, music and dancing, and a costume contest.  The 5K  course is a flat, fast route around the lake and river--making it a great place to run a PR.  Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall male/female finishers.  Medals will be awarded to age group winners as well.  Sign up as a team of 5 or more runners and receive a $35 discount.  The Monster March offers Teams of 5 or more walkers a $10 discount!  The Monster March also features family fun events like face painting, dancing, games--with prizes, popcorn, and a costume contest!  Come out and join us for some fun!  Following are the age groups:12-under ; 13-20; 21-30; 31-40; 41-50; and 51+
