Join Us for the CKS Move for a Mission 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk!

At CKS, we believe fitness is about so much more than a workout.  It's about showing up for one another, supporting our community, and making a difference when it matters the most.  

This year, we are honored to kick off our very first CKS Move for a Mission event to support Cohen Francis, a sweet little boy who has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  Cohen will be a first grader at East Elementary in Sheldon this fall, and during this challenging time, we want to help ease the burden on his family.  100% of the proceeds from this event will go directly to the Francis family to help with medical expenses and any other needs they may have during Cohen's treatment.  

Whether you run, walk, or cheer others on, every step helps make a difference.  Thank you for helping us show the Francis family that they are not walking this journey alone. 

Race Schedule:

• 7am - 7:45 am - Packet Pickup & Race Day Registration
• 7:50 am - Welcome & Race Announcements
• 8am - 5k Start
• 8:15am - 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Start
• 9am - Awards Ceremony

Registration Includes: 

• Race bib with timed chip
• Event T-Shirt (guaranteed if registered by 11:59pm August 12th)
• Post-race refreshments
