Description
Siouxland Mental Health is putting on our 4th annual #RocktheStigma event! Please join us for a virtual race on July 10th to the 12th. You may do a 1k or 5k by walking, running, or biking. You can pick the location to complete this. We will have a facebook page set up where you can post selfies and completion times for a chance to win prizes!
Even though we are not able to get together due to Covid-19, we want you to know that you are not alone. #MentalHealthMatters
Registration is $10 for ages13 and up. Kids 12 and younger are free. Shirts are available for $10. Tshirt pickup will be on July 8 and July 9 from 9am to 4:00 pm at 205 5th st. Sioux City
