Virtual Run for Arthritis Presented by Alpha Omicron Pi

Alpha Omicron Pi is a sorority of motivated and responsible young women supporting the community and The Arthritis Foundation. Here at Morningside, Theta Chi, is our chapter composed of young women on campus. We create friendships for life through bonding and making each member feel empowered. We help them feel engaged with not only the college, but also the community. As a chapter our goal is to inspire ambition by sisterhoods, volunteering, donations, ritual, and community outreach. 

We thank you again for helping us to inspire ambition and raise awareness for Arthritis. Each donation will be sent to the foundation and help a person in need. We appreciate everybody’s help!

Starting today through April 30th, Alpha Omicron Pi is holding a virtual 5k run for The Arthritis Foundation. All donations allocated will be given to the foundation. AOII is doing a virtual run due to safety concerns of the pandemic. Each person can register to run and then run whenever and wherever they would like to. Registration for the run will be held on April 24th in the Olsen Student Center on Morningside’s campus from 11AM to 3PM. Masks required inside the building, please and thank you. When registering runners can also pick up water, a snack, buy a t-shirt, and take some photos in the photo booth. We encourage everybody and anybody to join to help raise money and have some fun!
