What is Plogging?

Plogging is a combination of running or walking and picking up trash you see on your route. It is an up-and-coming fitness trend that brings variety to your workouts while helping to keep the environment clean and healthy. Anyone can register for this event, no matter your ability, and thanks to our sponsors, your plogging materials will be provided for you to keep (see photo below).

There are 6 suggested areas around the Treasure Valley where you can choose to plog, OR, you can plog wherever you like!  Click on RACE INFO above to see the locations list. There is no time requirement but plogging for at least 30 minutes is suggested. 

 You can pick up your plogging supplies on April 17th and 18th at Zamzow's, 6208 W State Street, Boise, between 3:00 and 6:00 PM
