This moderately challenging 5K route offers stunning views of Boise and the foothills with a mix of paved and gravel trails—perfect for both runners and walkers of all levels.

 
Why We Run
Proceeds from the Table Rock 5KIC will go toward:

1. Covering event costs
2. Funding scholarships for Idaho high school students pursuing STEM or healthcare-related fields
3. Your participation supports the mission of the LESS Society: advancing less invasive spine care through our pillars of Training, Innovation, Education, and Research (TIER).

Agenda

• 7:00 AM – Booth opens for bib pickup
• 8:00 AM -- Race Start!
• 7:00–9:00 AM – Water, Gatorade, and light snacks available
  Post-run – Complimentary snow cone for all runners (included with ticket)
  10:00 AM--12:00PM – Live music at the Women’s Ward, Old Idaho Penitentiary (adjacent to trailhead)
