Come cool off in the heat of summer to run or walk your way through this fun filled 5k with the community. Whether you’re testing your summer training with this race or enjoying the beautiful morning along the river with friends and family, this event by Simply Hope Family Outreach is for everyone, and benefits everyone. With aid-station volunteers armed with water guns and through the help of our local fire department, you’re sure to make a splash and stay cool while you and other participants raise funds to directly benefit families and mental health needs in the community.

Participants will all receive a Splash n Dash event shirt, and prizes will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age division.

Simply Hope Family Outreach, Teen Hope, and Safe Teen Assessment Services are dedicated to providing support, guidance, and education to families and teens. Our mission is to create a safe and positive environment where families and teens can thrive, and to empower them with the tools they need to reach their full potential.

Join us at the Snake River RV Park on Saturday August 1st, 2026 at 8:00am for our third annual 5k event. Register by July 28th at a price of $25.00, or for $35 starting 7:00am race day morning at the event site.

*Prizes will be given to top 3 finishers in each age division (divisions will NOT be further divided into male, female, or non-binary categories at this time).

*We ask that those pushing strollers or those with pets to please start near the back. All dogs must be controlled on non-retractable leashes, with a length no longer than 6 feet.
