New Year's Day Fun

Join us for some fun, camaraderie, good food and activity on New Year's Day.  Hosted by the Coeur d'Alene Fit Plus Program and Human Rights Education Institute.

Starting at 9:00 am it's TESH 5K at Atlas Park.  Sign Up here:

Then join us at the Human Rights Education Institute, 414 W Fort Grounds Drive for a potluck after the Tesh 5k and before the Polar Plunge.

Not going to Plunge, join us at noon for Tai Chi Walking in City Park (right behind the HREI building)

Everything is free except the parking.
