Snake River Animal Shelter is thrilled to once again host Mutt Strut and are aiming for a record-breaking year with your help! Participants in this event get to spend Saturday, August 19, 2023 running or walking with their pets for a great cause. This isn't a race but a fun time to join together as a community to spend time with your pets and show your support for our community's 501c3 rescue community.

Your registration is a tax-deductible monetary donation to our 501c3 nonprofit that will benefit our community-based programs that help to FEED, CARE FOR, and EDUCATE people and animals in need.
LOCATION: The event will begin near the Freeman Park Band Shelter and then you will take laps and circle back to the band shelter. This is not a race nor is it timed...just a chance to have fun and support your local nonprofit shelter! Socialize with other pet owners after, let your dogs drink from provided water, enjoy a BBQ lunch, shop the Pet Fair, and more!
9:00am to 9:30am Sign-in and shirt pick-up
9:30am to 10:30am Strut-Time (but come late if you need to! We just want to see you!)
10:30 am to 11:00 am. Birthday celebration for Shunka's puppies
11.00am to 1:00pm. Community Pet Fair, Barbecue, & Raffle Baskets
