AAPLD Library Loop 5K

Welcome to the AAPLD Library Loop 5K.  The October 27, 2019 race will begin and end at the Algonquin Public Library, 2600 Harnish Drive, Algonquin. Registration closes at 7:45 am and the race begins at 8:00 a.m.

For our third annual race, we wanted to go bigger and better, which is why the race is now Halloween themed. Don’t worry though. Costumes are optional.
Please remember this is a family friendly, athletic event:  
- No scary costumes
- No weapons
- No masks

Runners of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in this event. Whether you plan to run or walk, we invite you to sign up and get ready to exercise with us!   Strollers welcome.  NO PETS.

There is NO PARKING in the library lot or along Harnish Drive on Sunday morning. If driving, you may park at the D300 Administration Building lot at 2550 Harnish Dr. 

IMPORTANT!! - Registration has picked up A LOT in the last 12 hours and we are out of bibs until tomorrow's race.  All who register from Friday, October 25, 10:30pm forward should pick up their packets on Sunday, October 27, in the lobby-before the race.  T-shirts are also gone, so we will take your order at the race and notify you when they arrive.
