Alsip Park District- Apollo Rocket to a Healthy Heart Challenge

The Alsip Park District is inviting you to register for our inaugural Healthy Heart Challenge. This 28 day challenge will take place throughout the month of February. The participants with the most miles completed will be awarded a monthly membership to the Apollo Recreation Fitness Center. All miles walked/jogged/ran throughout the month will count. Miles can be completed outside, on park trails, on treadmills, anywhere where you can walk or run.
