Like you, we are bummed that there will not be a Tri-Shark Classic in September this year. But that doesn't mean we can't have some Tri-Shark fun anyway!
Presenting the 2020 Virtual Tri-Shark Classic Triathlon & Duathlon 2. The Triathlon event is a 600 yd swim, 13 Mile Bike, and 5K Run. The Duathlon event is a 2 Mile Run, 13 Mile Bike, and 5K Run. Either race you choose you will complete in the safety of your own community. Anyone in the world can participate!
Anyone who deferred their paid 2020 Tri-Shark Classic entry (the physical race that did not happen in 2020) received a FREE entry for themselves into the 2020 Virtual Tri-Shark Duathlon Classic #2. You received an email the morning of 8/31 with details. The entry is non-transferable. Anyone can register for this Virtual event for the nominal price of $10.
You must register for the 2020 Virtual Tri-Shark Classic Triathlon or Duathlon #2 by 5PM Friday, September 18th
Submitting Your Result
An important part of this Virtual Race is submitting your time so that you can see how you rank, much like a traditional run. Beginning September 19th you will be able to submit your time. To submit your virtual time, click on the link below. (Note: link will not work and you cannot submit a result prior to Sept 19) By your name, click EDIT TIME. You can submit results from Sept 19 - Sept 30. Final results will be available Oct 1.

All results will be tabulated and scored much like a traditional race so that you can see how you ranked. There are no awards and no event amenities.
However, we will have random prize drawings for some great swag from our sponsors for those who complete the 2020 Virtual Tri-Shark Classic Triathlon & Duathlon 2.
