Description
I have created this event in memory of our dear friend Ryan Nelson. He took his life on May 22, 2017. This is a race dedicated to our loved ones that are no longer on this earth. And a bigger FIGHT for mental health and suicide awareness for those who are struggling. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Let's do this together. All proceeds will be donated to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Please join us for this 1mile/5K/10K virtual race.

DESCRIPTION
I have created a 3 week time slot for this virtual race. You pick the time/place and mileage! Although we cannot currently congregate together for this race, my hope is that we can still create a virtual race while supporting fitness, and fun for a great cause!

Register Run/Walk 1 MILE/5K/10K
Complete the 1 mile/ 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 mile) run or walk any time from May 22nd-June 5th.
Send your results to our online form (your confirmation email will include instructions).
Post your pics on our facebook page (optional) or email them to me at tntlinhart@gmail.com. I will post them on this website.
