Logan Fitness and the Orthopaedic Institute of Southern Illinois present 2026 Snowman Shuffle! This year’s event includes a 5K race.

5K Information:
Cost: Adults = $25
Children 10yrs & under = $20
Family = $60 (Limit 4 people)
Awards: Plaques for overall male & female winners and heavy medals for top 3 finishers in each age group.
Age groups: Under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Order of Events:
8:00am - Registration & check-in
9:00am - 5K race begins

Is the Snowman Shuffle 5K just for runners or are walkers welcome too?
We welcome walking, running, jogging, and everything in between at the Snowman Shuffle. However, there are no walking specific awards at this event. Awards as based solely on finishing times and not differentiated between walking and running.
Will the run route be closed to traffic during the race?
No. The roadways will remain open to traffic during the race. Please be aware of your surroundings and follow any instructions given by the police officers and volunteers while on the course.
I missed the registration deadline to guarantee a t-shirt. Will any shirts extras be ordered?
Yes. Extra shirts will be available in limited quantities. These will be given out at registration on a first come, first served basis.
Is there a cut off time for this race?
No. There is no cut off time for this race. The police and volunteers are to remain on the course until the last person finishes the race.
Can I sign-up on the morning of the race?
Yes. Same-day registration will be allowed. Please visit check-in/registration in the Logan Fitness upstairs classroom (J222) between 8-8:45am to register the morning of the Snowman Shuffle.
Can I receive a refund if I am unable to attend the race?
No. Registrations for the Snowman Shuffle are non-refundable.
I registered for the race, but now I am unable to make it. Can I still pick up my t-shirt?
Yes. If you registered before the t-shirt deadline, then you may still receive your t-shirt. You or a representative on your behalf will need to stop by registration/check-in on the day of the race. We will not hold any t-shirts that are not picked up at registration/ check-in.
