Chicago based 501c3 non-profit cycling team, xXx Racing is once again hosting the PREMIER 5k run as a lead in to The Fulton Market Grand Prix bike race.  This isn't your typical 5k.  This is an all-day athletic street festival - featuring a 5K run, community ride, DIVVY bike relay, and one of the fastest, most competitive, and exciting criterium-style bike races in the country!

Da COURSE
Run 4 laps of the Fulton Market Grand Prix criterium bike race course taking you through the heart of the Fulton Market District and under the "L" tracks. 

Da RUN
There will be a pre-race bib/package pickup located at the Fulton Market Patagonia store the week before the race.  Pickup date to be announced.  You will have the option for race day bib pickup starting at 7am located at the xXx Racing check-in tent located on Morgan and Fulton Street.  The race will start at 8am and must be completed before 9am.  There will be a secure gear check at check in.  If you are still on the course at 9am you will be guided off in order to prepare for the bike races to begin at 9:20am. 

Da POST RUN - FESTIVAL & BEER GARDEN
Your entry fee includes a grab and go breakfast which can be picked up in the xXx Racing Beer Garden located at the Finish line.  You will also receive a complimentary drink ticket to be used anytime at the beer garden alongside the CHICAGO GRIT FULTON MARKET GRAND PRIX bike races.  Non-alcoholic beer will be available before 11am, alcoholic beer available after 11am.  There will be a local business expo and street festival running all day, located on Morgan Street at the start/finish line.  For more details, visit https://www.xxxracing.org/fulton-market-grand-prix

Da COMMUNITY RIDE
You're also invited to participate in the Community Bike Ride at 2:45pm. We shut down the course for 30 minutes and open the course to anyone with a bike to ride the course before the Men's and Women's Pro races.  We had individuals, families, and kids last year participate and they had a blast!  NO COST, just need to register in advance.  

Da DIVVY RELAY

Da SWAG
Race performance t-shirt and DeFeet custom socks, and a drink ticket!  Register by June 27th to guarantee your sizing.  

Da GENDA:
7:00-7:45am     Race check-in/bib pickup at Morgan and Fulton Street (1000 W Fulton Street)
8:00                    RACE START at the intersection of Morgan and Fulton Street 
8:20                    Grab and Go breakfast begins at xXx Racing Tent 
9:00                    5K is officially over, any participants remaining on the course will be asked to exit at a safe location
9:05                    Course opens for cyclists to warmup for FULTON MARKET GRAND PRIX bike races
9:20am-8pm     All-day street festival (fun for da whole family!) - including bike races, community bike ride, DIVVY BIKE charity relay, beer garden, food trucks, and CAT 5 World Championships!
