Join The Chicago Outreach Committee
The Chicago Outreach Committee is hosting a virtual Office Olympics for the Chicago Office to raise money for Back on My Feet! Back on My Feet is a national organization operating, in 13 major cities across the US; and combats homelessness through the power of running, community support and essential employment, and housing resources. Their success is measured not only by the health impact of miles run, but also by how many individuals obtain education, employment, and housing.
The virtual Office Olympics will consist of three different race events. Each race event will cost $20 to enter or you may enter all three for $50. Each race entry will enter you into a raffle with one raffle ticket per entry. However, if you enter all three events for $50, then you will receive five raffle tickets.
Event Details:
The events are outlined as follows:

August 10–16: 5K Walk/Run
- This will be an individual event where you will walk/run 5K. There will be a $20 entry fee and this event will occur between August 10-16.

August 17–23: 10K Bike/Peloton
- This will be an individual event where you will bike (in any medium you prefer) 10k. There will be a $20 entry fee and this event will occur between August 17-23.

August 24–30: 20K Team Relay
- This is where it gets competitive! This will be a virtual, TEAM relay race where your team needs to walk/run a minimum of 20K. Your team can be colleagues (in any office!), your family or even friends. We also heavily welcome the different internal teams and practices to challenge each other to see who can tally the most kilometers! There will be a $20 entry fee per team and this event will occur between August 24-30.
Please join in helping us raise money for a great cause. 100% of the proceeds go to Back on My Feet. Additionally, if you don't want to run, but still want to win; buy a raffle ticket.
About Back on My Feet
Raffles
To further increase the competition, there will also be a big prize we will be giving away during the closing ceremony – a BRAND NEW IPAD AIR!! For each event you sign up for, you will receive 1 raffle ticket. However, if you want to sign up for all 3 events, you receive 5 raffle tickets! If you decide to take this entire event from your couch or you’re on the injured reserve, you can still pay $25 for a raffle ticket so you can still get a shot at winning that iPad!
