MPA Warriors Race | Walk, Run, or Fun Run!

Warriors 2.5 or 5K Running/Walking 
The route stays within the Morgan Park neighborhood. The MPA 2.5 or 5K Warriors race benefits two local 501c3 not-for-profits: the MPA’s Warriors Athletics Program and the Wounded Warriors Project, which honor and empower wounded veterans. Let's run to raise funds for two great causes! Note that group registration is also enabled for walkers and runners who want to run as a team. Questions? Email vhermosilla@morganparkacademy.org. 

Warriors Fun-Run 
Activities for children and families will take place on the Soccer Field and around the Field House. Prizes will be awarded to the winners! Participants will be divided by age groups. Activities include the 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash, 2 Soccer Field Lap Challenge, 5 Soccer Field Lap Challenge, Criss-Cross Relay Race, and a Green Light Red Light Race! 

7:30 a.m. - Registration Opens (Field House Forecourt)
9:00 a.m. - 2.5 and 5K Race Starts | Fun Run Activities Start on Athletics Field
9:30 a.m. - Fun Run Starts (strollers allowed) - Soccer Field and Field House Grounds
10:30 a.m. - Runners clear the course

2.5 and 5K Route

Runners must complete one lapse for 2.5K race or two lapses for the 5K race.
