A Long Swim - Three Oaks

The course is professionally timed for distances of 1,500 meters, 1.2 miles, 2.4 miles and 5K. This is the perfect opportunity for triathletes and open water swimmers to guage their training under race conditions.

In celebration of Father's Day we will serve a light breakfast and the DJ will play celebratory Father's Day music. We also welcome student swimmers for a true father/son and father/daughter open water swimming experience. This event also features a healthy food truck breakfast, and a unique vendor village.

Three Oaks is a quarry and athletic paradise with pristine water.

A Long Swim is a series of open water swimming events benefiting ALS research. These swims are designed for triathletes and open water swimmers, are professionally timed, and led by English Channel Swimmer, Doug McConnell. 

Each swimmer has an incentive to fundraise and earn a package to waive their registration fee and earn triathlon and open water swimming gear, including wet suits, on course goggles and transition bags. (On Course goggles are not yet available in stores, are approved by USAT and use electronic compass technology to keep the swimmer on course.) 

On line registration for this event ends at 6:00pm on Friday, June 15. Day of registration is available at 6:00AM at the event for an additional $15 per swimmer. Doors open at 6:00AM. The swims begins at 6:30AM.
