How many miles can you run before June 14th, 2021?

Keep track of your mileage from when you get into the challenge then use the training plan for the final 10 weeks before your goal race. The 10-week plans are either written for 200, 300, 400 or 500 total combine miles. The training plan will tweak your speed to help your easy pace get faster!

  • 10- week Training Plan, we give you a longer time frame to finish. That way you can still reach your distance goal for the challenge even if you have a set back week.
