Dear runner,

We're writing to let you know that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Sunbeams Uganda 5K, originally scheduled for September 19 at Three Oaks Recreation Area.

We're grateful for your support and registration, and we don't take this decision lightly. We know many of you were looking forward to running with us for this cause.

Since you've already registered, we'd like to know how you'd like to proceed. You have two options:

1. Full Refund — We'll process a full refund of your registration fee.
2. Redirect to Seat at the Table — You can choose to have your payment go directly to our Seat at the Table campaign, our September program to achieve our goal of completing our Dining Hall and chapel building.

Please reply by the end of August and let us know which option you'd prefer. 

Thank you again for your generosity and support of Sunbeams Uganda. We hope to bring the 5K back in the future and would love to have you join us then!
