This session has specialized plans based on your current goals!

The plan is designed for a steady progression to keep you injury free and get you ready for your next training phase! This is a 10 week group training program. The group aspect allows you to get a professional plan at a fantastic price! It is optimal to signup for the training plan distance based on your current weekly mileage.

Your registration includes a:

  • Training plan wrote by Coach Loretta Tobolske-Horn of Ornery Mule Coaching
  • Training plan for daily mileage goals
  • Trail Running University crew neck or hoody
  • Stylish "Made on the Trails" belt buckle
  • Multiple distance & specialized options. There is a plan for any level runner or walker
  • Private facebook page to connect with others doing the same training
  • This training challenge counts towards the Run Your Ass Off Buckle
  • You can start this plan anytime from January 1st to January 22nd- Upload your daily miles onto RunSignup. Instructions sent on email.

Build your Mileage Endurance

This is perfect for the runner looking to increase your endurance and reach distance goals

How to choose a distance based plan:


The plans will get you to the required distance you chose:

● If you are just starting or not yet running or walking-  100 mile plan

● If you are running between 10 to 15 miles a week-  200 mile plan 

● If you are running between 16 to 25 miles a week- 300 mile plan

● If you are running between 26 to 30 miles a week- 400 mile plan

● If you are running between 31 to 40 miles a week-  500 mile plan

Training Plans- We will email you your training plan when you register!

Starting on January 1st. We email the training plan within 24 hours of you registering for event. You have from now until January 22nd, 2026 to register for this and be able to complete the 10 week plan.

The training plan is 10 weeks long. You can log your miles from January 1st through April 1st.
