Description
EATWELL University is not a diet; it's not a fad. It's real information and learning how food affects your body, health, mood, energy level, and more! You will also change your mindset toward food. Why has it become "normal" to eat out of a box or bag? Learn how to sustain healthy eating to fuel your body, without feeling hungry.
EATWELL University is a webcast series that you will attend once per week, from the comfort of your own home computer, laptop or mobile phone. If you cannot attend LIVE, the content will be saved for viewing at your convenience (prior to the end of the Series). In order to get the most out of the Program, we highly encourage attending the sessions LIVE.
