Spartan Sprint 5K & Family Fun Run 

Register now for the first-ever Spartan Sprint 5K & Family Fun Run as part of ECC Homecoming Week 2026. This event is open to all ECC students, alumni, employees, and community members. Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and Spartan pride. Whether you're an experienced runner, casual walker, or cheering on family and friends, everyone can participate.

Registration includes a commemorative Spartan Sprint T-shirt and supports the Elgin Community College Foundation's efforts to create opportunities for students through scholarships, programs, and educational initiatives.

After the race, stick around for the Welcome Home Spartan Family Picnic and continue the celebration with fellow Spartans. Together, we'll honor ECC's past, celebrate its present, and help build a brighter future for the next generation of students. Once a Spartan, always a Spartan!
