Join us for a family-friendly 5K race and fun run/walk!
Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 8 a.m. at Busse Woods (Grove # TBD!) for a great cause!
Registration for all participants will be discounted to $30 for all those who register before Aug. 23. The price will increase to $35 on Aug. 24.
The Christus Victor Lutheran Church Food Pantry supports over 60 families each week who come in to “shop” for free. In addition to offering nonperishable and perishable food items, we also offer personal care products and hats and gloves in the winter. This funds raised from this event will support our food pantry!
This event is open to the community and will be a family-friendly event. There will be a DJ, a raffle, and a cookout with delicious food to follow! In addition to a chip-timed 5K run or walk, there will be activities for the children and an untimed (free) children’s race. There will also be a box to collect food donations! Everyone who attends will receive a free raffle ticket (more raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event)!
- Registration for 5K participants includes a t-shirt.
- Nonparticipants may purchase a t-shirt for an additional $5, added to their $17 registration.
- *Family discount* - $100 for family of four! Click "Sign Up" and scroll down to Multi-Person Pricing and select "Family of 4."

- Morning of race day at Busse Woods (Grove # TBD).

Awards
Awards will be given to multiple Male and Female age groups for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Plaques will be given to the overall top male & female. Age groups awards will be 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.
Packet Pickup
- Packet pick-up will be at a location disclosed closer to race day.
- Race day registration and packet pick-up will be available at Busse Woods the day of the race from 7-7:45 a.m.
