Description

The 5k starts on the grounds at 21300 LaGrange Rd. through Old Plank Trail & around pond (just past White Street), head back to finish line (starting piont).

The XTREME 5k Run is the same route as the Run for Life 5k, but with the addition, mid way through there are three locations for calisthetics; 20x per exercise.
