Description
Join us for Reserve Artisan Ales 2023 Oktoberfest 5k Run/Walk! This year, to add to the annual Oktoberfest activities, we are putting on a 5k that will help support the Knox County Humane Society. Come take a run through historic downtown Galesburg and help us raise money that will go towards providing food, medicine, and shelter for pets in need. The race begins at 9 AM and awards will be presented to the overall male and female finishers as well as the winners of each age category.
Sign up by September 10th to secure the low price of $30 and to guarantee your race shirt. The entry fee increases to $35 for late registration and $40 for day-of registration with no shirt guaranteed.
T-Shirts not guaranteed for registrations received after September 10th.
If you’re 21 or over, be sure to stick around after the race to enjoy all the fun the Oktoberfest has to offer!"

We are a nonprofit Humane Society dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals. We are focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. With the help of our tireless staff, we organize fundraisers, community-building events, and in-depth training sessions for our volunteers. We are proudly a No-Kill animal shelter! Only calling in a vet for euthanasia in extreme cases, where it is in the animals best interest.
