Grab your shoes and Hoof It for Hephzibah on Memorial Day. This is the 20th Annual Hoof It for Hephzibah 5K Run/Walk and Kids Races hosted by the Glen Ellyn Western Auxiliary Board. The event is fun for the entire family! Only $30 advance registration.

The Course

The 5K Run/Walk winds through beautiful Glen Ellyn neighborhoods beginning and ending at Newton Park.

Timing

The 5K Run/Walk will be professionally chip timed by Runner’s Edge Race Timing. Disposable chip timing provided with timing chip attached to your bib. On the bib there will be a QR Code that you can scan with your phone - after finishing your race - to see your time and place. Results will also be available at www.RunnersEdgeRaceTiming.com immediately following the completion of the event.

Event Fee

$30 5K Run/Walk (prior to race day)
$35 5K Run/Walk (day of race registration)
$15 Kids Races: 50 yard dash and 1/4 mile run

All registrations during Packet Pickup and on Race Day are Self-Registration on your own device. There will be no paper registration available. Online registration only.

Please note that parking is prohibited on the cul-de-sacs along Fairview Ave. As a courtesy to our neighbors please do not park there. Parking and entrances to Newton Park are available on the east and west ends of the park along Carleton Ave and N Exmoor Ave. If you are in the area, please consider arriving by foot or bike.

About the Glen Ellyn Connection

The Glen Ellyn Western Auxiliary Board has been active in the community since 2002. Each year, the Western Auxiliary organizes and hosts fundraising events and coordinates special events for the children who live at Hephzibah Home.
