Running for Heroes DuPage 5K

James Mendrick DuPage County Sheriff invites you to run or walk in a 5k Charity event for  "Running for Heroes".  Zechariah is an 11 year old boy from Florida, who has taken up the task of running a blue line flag or red line flag for fallen Law Enforcement Officers in the line of duty, in 2019 he ran 376 miles for our Fallen Heroes.  He continues to send to the grieving family the flag after his memorial run.  He has started a charity with his family and has been traveling around the country running for heroes and raising money for the families of the injured first responders, offering grants to the injured and bringing support and awareness of our FALLEN HEROES. Please join us and this amazing young man in either a 5k run or 5k walk.  Thank you!
