Description

The JMH 5K/10K, presented by Gatorade, is Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026. The JMH 5K/10K is the longest, consecutive running event in Jacksonville. 2026 is our 32nd year.

Be prepared for a PR as both courses are flat and fast. Both courses start and finish on the east side of the campus (Founders Lane) of Jacksonville Memorial Hospital.

The first 200 runners to cross the finish line receive a custom finishers medal. First, second and third place awards are presented to males and females in 13 age categories. All paid runners receive a tech shirt, post-race refreshments and a chance to win some great prizes! We must receive your registration by noon, October 6, to guarantee a shirt.

Packet pickup for Springfield-area runners:
Thursday, October 15, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Springfield Running Center, 2943 West White Oaks Drive, Springfield. You may also register at pick-up.

Packet pickup for Jacksonville-area runners:

Both courses are USA Track and Field-certified. Both races qualify for the SRRC Participation Series points.

Parking in Fitness World north lot (south and across the street from JMH) and lots on the south, north and east sides of the hospital. Watch for parking signs.

Proceeds from the 2026 event will be given to the Prairieland United Way.
